Panda Bear expands tour, playing three nights in NYC (dates)

Panda Bear returned earlier this year with his excellent new album Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper, an album that’s clearly different from his previous work but still cut from that same cloth of Brian Wilson-inspired psych pop. He has a few festival appearances scheduled, including Primavera, Pitchfork and Shaky Knees, and now he’s added a three-night NYC run with different openers each night.
The Animal Collective member hits Bowery Ballroom on 10/13 with PC Worship, 10/14 with Image Man and 10/15 with The Present. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday (5/1) at noon with AmEx presales starting Wednesday (4/29) at noon.
