Pity Sex are here, playing free Brooklyn show with John Galm tonight; White Pisces playing shows too

Ann Arbor shoegazers Pity Sex are on tour and coming to the NYC-area for two shows this weekend. The first is a free one in Brooklyn TONIGHT (4/17) at Brooklyn Night Bazaar) with Foxes In Fiction, John Galm (Snowing, Street Smart Cyclist, Slow Warm Death, etc) and The Spirit of the Beehive. Then they play a Quinnipiac University show in CT on Saturday (4/18) with Pianos Become the Teeth (tickets). Updated list of Pity Sex dates (including a Cleveland show with Alkaline Trio) below.
In related news, members of Slow Warm Death and Street Smart Cyclist are also in White Pisces, who also have shows coming up this weekend. They play Brooklyn on Saturday (4/18) at Bohemian Grove (64-66 Grove St) with Idiot Son, Bodega Bay, Royal Garde and The Regrets. Show starts at 8, $5 at the door gets you in, and it’s the vinyl release show for White Pisces’ new LP, Weather, which came out this week on Square of Opposition.
