Self Defense Family made a video for "Dave Sim" off their new 'Heaven Is Earth' LP, touring (watch ++ dates)

The prolific Self Defense Family will be back with a new full length, Heaven Is Earth, on June 30 via Deathwish (pre-order). They already released the video for its track “Talia” (directed by Rahu Verbashae), and now we’ve got the premiere of the video for another track, “Dave Sim” (directed by Mitchell Wojcik). The band’s genre-defying blend of indie rock, post-hardcore, speak-shouted vocals and more is in full effect here, as you can hear for yourself below.

The band also have a few dates coming up, including the Iron Pier Northside showcase at Brooklyn’s Acheron on June 13 with Wildhoney and Somerset Thrower. Tickets for that show are still available, and you can also try to get in with a Northside badge.
