The Chills ready 'Silver Bullets,' their first new LP in 19 years, share "America Says Hello" (listen)

After announcing their return two years ago, Martin Phillips’ The Chills are officially back with Silver Bullets, the New Zealand band’s first album since 1996’s Sunburnt. The album will be out October 30 via Fire and you can stream “America Says Hello” right now. Phillips’ voice and melodic style are pretty unmistakable. Listen below.

The current lineup of The Chills also includes James Dickson, Todd Knudson, Erica Stichbury, and Oli Wilson and they’re promising a tour next year. Stay tuned. Album art, tracklist and new song stream (plus a stream of their classic 1990 album Submarine Bells) below…
