Tindersticks movie premiering in NYC
Tindersticks‘ new album/film, The Waiting Room, is out January 22 via City Slang. The film, produced by La Blogotheque and featuring segments by Claire Denis, Christoph Girardet, Pierre Vinour, Rosie Pedlow & Joe King, Gregorio Graziosi, and Richard Dumas, will make its world premiere in NYC at Rough Trade on January 19 and will be followed by a Q&A with Tindersticks frontam Stuart Staples. To gain entry you need to preorder The Waiting Room from Rough Trade (in person, no online preorders) starting Friday (12/18). One ticket per pre-order and more info is here.
You can watch “Hey Lucinda” (directed by Joe King & Rosie Pedlow) and “We Are Dreamers” (featuring Jhenny Beth of Savages, directed by Gabraz Sanna and Sara Não Tem) from the film below.
