Dog Island is a new NYC band with Little Big League / Japanese Breakfast singer/guitarist Michelle Zauner, Moon singer and A Place to Bury Strangers collaborator Alanna Nuala Higgins, and drummer Kat Casale. They haven’t released any recordings yet, but they do have some shows coming up.
One is the first of DIIV‘s three shows at the soon-to-be open Market Hotel (3/3). Tickets for that one are on sale now. Before that, they play Silent Barn on Thursday (1/14) with Fern Mayo, T-Rexstasy and Cutters. Tickets for that one are on sale too.
Little Big League, who haven’t played live since 2014, will return to the stage in Philly this February with The Loved Ones and Cayetana.
