Broad City

Broad City has just released the first good look at the upcoming new season, which debuts February 17 on Comedy Central. The Season 3 trailer doesn’t feature guest star Hilary Clinton, but I did spot Cynthia Nixon and Tony Danza, not to mention regular players Chris Gethard and Hannibal Buress. As you may have heard, Comedy Central has already renewed Broad City for two more seasons. Watch the S3 trailer, and their Roots Picnic announcement video, below.

As we briefly mentioned in January, Fusion has renewed The Chris Gethard Show for a 10-episode second season. For season two the shows will now be an hour long, too. Season 2 of TCGS will begin in March and you can watch a video of Chris announcing it below.

Chris just did one of his “Career Suicide” shows on Tuesday night (2/9) at UCB Chelsea and he’s going to take them on the road for a couple shows in March: Philadelphia on March 11 at Philly MOCA with Tim Dillon, and then New Brunswick, NJ’s In the West on March 12 with Mikey Erg.

You can also hear Chris talk about his extremely shortlived 2010 Comedy Central sitcom Big Lake on this week’s edition of the Hollywood Handbook podcast, below.

Hannibal, meanwhile, has a new Netflix comedy special
