Autre Ne Veut was one of the leaders of the burgeoning alt-R&B movement at the beginning of this decade, though he's been quiet for a while (his last album was 2015's The Age of Transparency). He's still been playing shows here and there, though, and he's got a pretty unique show coming up this Friday (2/23). It's at a Brooklyn laundromat, Celsious (115 N 7th St in Williamsburg), and you can get tickets... through Airbnb. Here's more info from the host, Sean Glass:

I'm excited to launch the Reunion x Airbnb Concert Series! Reunion is about alchemy. We mix elements from different media and bring people together from different cities. One of the joys of Reunion has been bringing people together in non-traditional locations that completely change the experiential aspect of events.

Our first show will feature New York's Autre Ne Veut, literally my most listened to artist on Spotify, so there is nobody I'd rather have performing than him!

7pm Doors
745pm NOIA
845pm Autre Ne Veut

This is the first of many, with more to come, see y'all soon!

Tickets for Friday's show are still available, but there are only a few spots left. There are also Reunion events TBA for other cities including LA and London -- all with under 100 guests at non-traditional venues.
