B.B. King tribute at Capitol Theatre features Buddy Guy, Little Steven, Ivan Neville & more

Iconic blues guitarist B.B. King died back in 2015, and his spirit and music will be honored at a two-night tribute called “The Thrill is Gone” on February 16 & 17 at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY. Among those lined up to perform:  Buddy Guy, Ivan Neville, Little Steven, Jimmy Vaughan, Robert Cray, Southside Johnny, Bobby Rush, Susan Tedeschi & Derek Trucks, Robert Randolph, David Hidalgo, Warren Haynes, and more, with Grammy-winning producer and drummer Steve Jordan serving as musical director. (Daily lineups will vary.) There are more guests still to be revealed, and you can check out the list of announced performers below.

Two day-passes are on presale now. Daily lineups will be announced on Tuesday, January 28 and a very limited number of single-day tickets will go on sale Friday, January 31 at noon. A portion of proceeds from The Thrill Is Gone: A Tribute To B.B. King will benefit the Seva Foundation, “a global nonprofit eye care organization that transforms lives and strengthens communities by restoring sight and preventing blindness.”
