Post-hardcore faves Balance & Composure recently announced three 10th anniversary shows happening in Philly, NYC and Boston, and it looks like the band will be calling it quits soon after that. Chorus.fm points to a new episode of the Strange Nerve podcast with B&C singer Jon Simmons, where Jon says they're doing those three shows, a few more in the spring, and that's it. Podcast host Taylor Madison asks him about their recent tour with Thrice and Circa Survive, and Jon says, "I had fun, it's our last tour... I felt bad like, lying to all these kids at the shows. They'd be like, 'you'll be back soon, right?!' and I'm like, 'yeah, no doubt!'" Listen here. It comes in around the 24:40 mark.

The NYC 10th anniversary show happens January 6 at Bowery Ballroom with Queen of Jeans opening (tickets). All dates are listed below.

B&C's latest album (and their first for Vagrant) is 2016's Light We Made. Watch the videos for “Postcard” off that album and older fave “Reflection,” below.
