In addition to streaming services like Soundcloud, Spotify and Pandora, concert discovery app Bandsintown has put together its year-end data for 2017.

The data includes the "fastest growing new artists," including J. Cole-signed rapper J.I.D., plus Greta Van Fleet, Jake Donaldson, Peach Pit and Noah Kahan. "Based on their robust touring and strong engagement with fans, these are the artists Bandsintown predicts will have an amazing 2018."

It also includes the artists with the most RSVPs in 2017, including Green Day, The Weeknd, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The 1975, and more; top cities with the most engaged fans and top cities with the highest increase in events; and the artists that stayed most in touch with their fans, including Foo Fighters, Feist, Diet Cig, Harry Styles and Lil Yachty. Bandsintown say, "Artists across the board were messaging their fans on Bandsintown more than ever in 2017. Merchandise drops, song premieres, tour announcements—whatever it was, these artists made sure to keep their Trackers up-to-speed with all their latest updates."
