Barcelona duo SVPER made their NYC debut last night (3/26) at Cameo Gallery, their first of three shows in the city. The band’s set-up — Sergio Pérez and singer Luciana Della Villa facing each other while playing vintage analog gear — makes for a cool profile, and their brand of motorik synthpop sounds great loud. NYC has two more chances to see SVPER: Tonight (3/27) at Silent Barn with ~~Palehound~~, Arm Candy and Blizzard Babies; and March 28 at NYU’s King Juan Carlos Center as part of the Spain Fresh Fest (more info). More pics from Cameo below…
