The annual Basilica Soundscape festival returns to Hudson, NY for its seventh year this fall. It happens September 14-16 in its usual home of Basilica Hudson, co-curated by the venue's founders and creative directors: Melissa Auf der Maur (Hole, Smashing Pumpkins), filmmaker Tony Stone, and The Creative Independent's Brandon Stosuy. Back from 2017 are previous BSS Creative Director Michael Renaud and guest curator Jenn Pelly from Pitchfork.

Grouper was the first artist announced on this year's lineup, and now the rest of the initial lineup is out, including Efrim Menuck (of Godspeed You! Black Emperor), Haxan Cloak in collaboration with Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Nick Zinner, Insect Ark, Jungil Hong, Lightning Bolt, L’Rain, Shanekia McIntosh, Spellling, Wax Idols, Stephen O’Malley’s Un Vide Dans Le Ciel (one of the Sunn O))) member's "compositions composed for full sized symphony orchestras"), Tabita Rezaire, and Usnea. More artists are still to come, so stay tuned for that.

Earlybird tickets are on sale now.
