Beach House are set to release their highly-anticipated new album 7 on May 11 via Sub Pop, and they've just shared a new single from the LP, "Dark Spring." This new track is an example of the duo's new shift in sound, which was teased on the album's previous single, "Dive." While the duo have certainly been compared to older dream pop acts like Cocteau Twins and Slowdive many times in the past, this new track is probably the closest they've come to actually resembling them sonically, while still retaining their unique style. You can watch the stunning, black-and-white video for the new single, and revisit past singles "Dive" and "Lemon Glow," below.

Beach House will be touring North America later this year, which includes two NYC shows: August 22 at United Palace (tickets) and a sold-out show on August 23 at Kings Theatre.
