Beak> share "When We Fall II" video directed by Alex Garland ('Annihilation,' 'Ex Machina')

Portishead-related group Beak>‘s great new album, >>>, closes with a new version of the gorgeous, folky “When We Fall,” which originally appeared on their <KEAB EP, that now has an extended outro that takes the song into krautrock territory. There is also now a new version of the music video, which was directed by Alex Garland who directed awesome, thought-provoking sci-fi films Ex Machina and this year’s very trippy Annihilation (both of which Beak>’s Geoff Barrow scored with Ben Salisbury). This is trippy as well, but it’s more of a vibe than anything plot-oriented (and no robots or aliens). Watch that, and stream the album, below.
