Beirut announce new album ‘Gallipoli’ & tour, share title track

Beirut will follow 2015's No No No with his fifth album, Gallipoli, on February 1 via 4AD. Main member Zach Condon wrote the album on his old Farfisa organ, which he also used for the first two Beirut albums, and the first taste is the title track, which should appeal to fans of classic Beirut. Beirut has also announced a 2019 international tour, beginning with three nights in Brooklyn: February 10 & 11 at Brooklyn Steel and February 12 at Music Hall of Williamsburg. All three are with Helado Negro. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday (10/26) at 10 AM with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (10/24) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
