Belle & Sebastian announce "Boaty Weekender" lineup

Belle & Sebastian have announced the lineup for their “Boaty Weekender,” their floating festival that happens August 8 – 12, 2019 aboard the Norwegian Jade and will sail from Barcelona to Cagliari, Sardinia. In addition to B&S themselves, there will be performances from Mogwai, Camera Obscura (who are back!), Django Django, Alvvays, The Buzzcocks, Japanese Breakfast, Honeyblood, Hinds, Kelly Lee Owens, Nilüfer Yanya, Whyte Horses, Tracyanne And Danny, and more to be announced. Additionally the Boaty Weekender will play host to one-of-a-kind artist collaborations, Q&As, storyteller and panel sessions, theme parties, group activities, and more. If you book one of the first 350 staterooms you will get access to a special performance of Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like a Peasant which the band has never played in its entirety before.
