Murphy's Law have been raising money to help with their frontman Jimmy Gestapo's medical bills after he lost his gallbladder and had to undergo reconstructive surgery. After first setting a $30,000 goal for their GoFundMe and quickly meeting it, they raised it to $40,000, and then raised it a second time to $50,000, which they again succeeded. To raise even more money for Jimmy G, there's a benefit show happening in NYC's Tompkins Square Park on September 29 ("in the spirit of the Dr. Know benefit and the Raybeez tribute show"). It's a Saturday matinee that goes from 1 to 6 PM. More details (like the lineup) are TBA.

Murphy's Law recently had to cancel tour dates due to Jimmy's condition, including Jimmy's annual birthday bash Rocks Off Cruise in NYC. As of now, they are still schedule to resume touring on August 30 in Newport, KY, but stay tuned in case that changes.
