Alabama Shakes frontwoman Brittany Howard and singer/songwriters Becca Mancari and Jesse Lafser make up the trio Bermuda Triangle, who played two New York shows ahead of this weekend's Newport Folk Festival, one in Woodstock and one at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg. We caught the Brooklyn show, which was last night (7/26) and saw the three women at the front of the stage, all singing and rotating between acoustic guitar, stand up bass, and banjo. They said on stage that their shows are really best experienced in a living room, and they also managed to make Music Hall of Williamsburg feel like one. The show was opened by Vlad Holiday of Born Cages, and pictures are in the gallery above.
