billy woods released his great new Preservation-produced album Aethiopes today (read our review), and he and Pres will celebrate it with a release show on June 29 at Elsewhere's Rooftop with special guests. No word on who those guests are, but the album features El-P, Boldy James, Despot, Quelle Chris, Fatboi Sharif, Denmark Vessey, woods' Armand Hammer partner ELUCID, and more, so maybe some of those people will show up? We'll see. Tickets are on sale now.

ELUCID has a new solo LP on the way too, called I Told Bessie, and he'll celebrate it with a release show on June 16 at Mercury Lounge, and that show has an amazing support lineup, including Philly punks Soul Glo (whose excellent new album Diaspora Problems is out now on Epitaph), plus Bonnie Baxter, Fatboi Sharif, DJ Haram, and special guests. Tickets are on sale now.

Armand Hammer also have an upcoming tour with Injury Reserve and AKAI SOLO, including Brooklyn's Warsaw on May 20.

Soul Glo have several other upcoming tour dates too, including Philly with 7Seconds and Negative Approach this weekend.
