French post-hardcore staples Birds In Row have announced their second album, We Already Lost the World, which follows 2015's Personal War EP and their 2012 debut full-length You, Me & the Violence. The first single off the new album is "15-38," which is a noticeable shift in direction for Birds In Row. It's got way more of a focus on clean vocals that Birds In Row usually have, and it turns out they're just as good at melodic singing as they are at hoarse yells. They still do find time for the harsher sounds, and as the song builds and the two different styles clash, Birds In Row really come out with something special. Listen below. The album comes out July 13 via Deathwish.

Birds In Row are opening for Deathwish head J Bannon's band Converge and their pals Neurosis on part of their tour this summer, and after that, Birds In Row head East for a headlining tour with Portrayal of Guilt. They'll hit Brooklyn's Kingsland on July 31 with additional support from Superblonde (tickets) and Montclair, NJ's Meatlocker on August 1. All dates are listed below.
