Scottish dance-punk vets Bis have been at it for over two decades (with a couple hiatuses in between), with releases on Beastie Boys' Grand Royal label, Lookout! Records, and more (and they did the closing theme for Powerpuff Girls). They returned with their first album in 13 years with 2014's Data Panik Etcetera, and now they're ready to follow that album with Slight Disconnects on February 15 via Last Night From Glasgow. The first single is "Sound of a Heartbreak," which really says "we're back." It's the kind of swinging-for-the-fences, super catchy dance-punk that you just don't hear much of anymore, and it sounds fresh (and refreshing) today too. Listen and watch the video below.
