Body/Head touring, playing MoMA w/ Kathleen Hanna DJing after IPR benefit (updated dates & chance to win tix!)

We just recently posted some updates to the two-night Kim Gordon benefit at Issue Project Room (11/13-14), which take place in the midst of her band Body/Head‘s tour, but what we didn’t realize is that there’s yet another upcoming NYC show on Body/Head’s schedule. This one happens a week after the IPR benefit at MoMA on November 21, as part of MoMA’s PopRally series, which “features collaborations with artists and musical acts, performances, film screenings, receptions, and special viewings of exhibitions.” Kathleen Hanna (of Bikini Kill, Le Tigre, and most recently The Julie Ruin, who played their second show ever with Body/Head) will be DJing. Tickets for the MoMA show are on sale now, and we’re also giving away a few pairs. Details on how to enter to win are below.
Body/Head performs as a trio with no wave legend Ikue Mori at night 1 of the Kim Gordon benefit, and Kim performs in two separate duos (one with Jutta Koether, one with a TBA guest) at night 2. Tickets for night 1 and night 2 go on sale to the general public this Friday (10/11).
