Justin Vernon is always busy with one thing or another (like the very good Big Red Machine album he and The National’s Aaron Dessner put out last year), but he hasn’t released a Bon Iver album since 2016’s great 22, A Million. It looks like that’s finally about to change though. Bon Iver have been touring this year, and on Sunday night (6/2) at London’s All Points East festival, they ended their set by playing recordings of two new songs, which are possibly titled “Hey Ma” and “U.” (The former was performed live at Bonnaroo 2018.)

The band also directed fans from the stage to visit the website icommai.com. That website’s latest post, which also went up Sunday, is titled “Collaborators,” and lists 22, A Million collaborator BJ Burton, Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner, Bruce Hornsby, Phil Cook, Brad Cook, Moses Sumney, Brooklyn Youth Chorus, Bryce Dessner, and more. Artists who contributed to the next Bon Iver album? Stay tuned. Meanwhile, listen to clips of the new songs below.

Bon Iver’s upcoming shows include a Missoula date with Indigo Girls and three shows with Sharon Van Etten (including Red Rocks and The Gorge Amphitheatre). All Bon Iver dates here.

UPDATE: Bon Iver officially released the new songs and announced a tour, including Brooklyn’s Barclays Center with Yo La Tengo, LA’s Forum with Sharon Van Etten, dates with Feist, and more.
