On Sunday (6/2), Bon Iver debuted two new songs over the PA at London’s All Points East festival and directed fans to the new website icommai.com, sparking speculation of a new album. Still no concrete word on the album, but Bon Iver has officially released those songs, “U (Man Like)” (ft. Moses Sumney) and “Hey, Ma.” In addition to the Moses Sumney feature, the new songs were recorded with help from Bruce Hornsby, Jenn Wasner, Elsa Jensen, Psymun, Phil Cook, the Brooklyn Youth Chorus, and others. “This project began with a single person, but throughout the last 11 years, the identity of Bon Iver has bloomed and can only be defined by the faces in the ever growing family we are,” Justin says. Both songs are pretty great, and slightly more stripped-back than the busy-sounding songs on Bon Iver’s last album. Listen and check out the full credits below.

Bon Iver have also expanded their tour, including a huge Brooklyn show at Barclays Center on October 11 with Yo La Tengo and a huge LA show at The Forum on September 15 with Sharon Van Etten. There are also several newly-added dates with Feist. The live band for these shows will be Justin with Jenn Wasner, Sean Carey, Matthew McCaughan, Michael Lewis, and Andrew Fitzpatrick.

Tickets for the Barclays Center show go on sale Friday (6/7) at 11 AM with presales beforehand, including a BrooklynVegan presale on Thursday (6/6) at 10 AM. Check back Thursday morning for the password. All dates are listed below.
