Brookfield Place hosting free 'Summer Sessions' concerts in June (starting tonight)

A new FREE Tuesday evening concert series is coming to NYC starting tonight (6/2) and running through the end of June called Summer Sessions. It takes place at the Waterfront Plaza at Brookfield Place (230 Vesey Street) with a DJ at 5 PM and live music starting at 6:30 PM. Here’s the lineup for the series:

June 2: Body Language (UPDATE: Body Language is cancelled)
June 9: Margaret Glaspy
June 16: Banda Magda
June 23: Julia Easterlin
June 30: Superhuman Happiness

Once again, it’s totally free. No RSVP required. Brookfield Place is also home to the massive new fancy foodie destination Le District (kind of the Eataly of French cuisine) and gourmet food court Hudson Eats. Check out the Summer Sessions website for more.
