Hank Wood BK Bazaar

Brooklyn Bazaar announces final show with Hank Wood, Warthog & more

Brooklyn Bazaar is officially closing at the end of November, and the venue’s very last show has now been announced. It happens November 30 and it’s a ripper of a punk show, with Hank Wood and the Hammerheads, Warthog, Subversive Rite, and Dollhouse. Tickets are on sale now.

The second to last show is the recently announced So So Glos show on 11/29 (tickets), and other upcoming shows at the venue include Flipper with David Yow, Wolf Eyes/Pharmakon, Marc Almond performing Soft Cell, 108/Racetraitor, Vio-lence, Gatecreeper/Exhumed/Necrot/Judiciary, The Gories, Weatherbox, and more (full schedule and tickets here). Plenty of great reasons to get to Brooklyn Bazaar at least one last time before it closes.

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Bazaar people will continue operations at Riis Park in the Rockaways, which will soon include “the immense Bathhouse Lodge hotel and venue project;” that begins construction this winter. Klein and Broudo will open a new restaurant/bar, McCarren Parkhouse, in Greenpoint that is “slated to break ground in summer 2021.”
