“10:44 p.m.: Band takes bows but doesn’t leave stage. Springsteen walks to lip of stage, takes a sign that says “Play 1 for Levon,” referring to the late Levon Helm of the Band. Says Helm had “one of the greatest voices in country-rock and rock ‘n’ roll.” Plays the Band song, “The Weight,” with an acoustic guitar. Other band members join in, and everyone in the building sings along. Horns sound great on this. Just a great, great tribute. I feel very lucky to be here right now.” [NJ.COM]

After two shows at the Izod Center and two at MSG, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band played another area show, this time at the Prudential Center in NJ last night (5/2). Check out the full setlist, “The Weight” included, below.

Bruce is headed overseas later this month for some touring in Europe, but will start up again in North America this August. The new dates include two shows at Chicago’s Wrigley Field and three more home-state shows at, another insurance company sponsored venue, the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford in September. Tickets are still available (so maybe the BOSS ACT is not as necessary as they thought). All dates and that setlist, below…
