Call of the Void readies new LP for Relapse, playing shows

If you find yourself longing for the mathy-without-forsaking-brutality Mastodon and Converge albums of yesteryear, Colorado’s Call of the Void is a band you are going to want to sit up and pay attention to. The band formerly known as Ironhorse is prepping Dragged Down A Dead End Path for a March 19 lift-off, and we’ve got the newest single, “Bottom Feeder”, right here for your eagerly awaiting eardrums. Erupting in brutality within milliseconds while also maintaining the straight line of a severe hard rock edge, you will enjoy all one minute and forty four seconds of this song, guaranteed. Call of The Void is on the road starting next week, kicking off a campaign of darkness toward the clusterfuck known as SXSW. New York will get a look on their return home, with the band damning March 25 at The Place with Buckshot Facelift, Ambassador Gun and It’s Not Night, It’s Space. All tour dates are listed below.
