Camp Cope expand tour, making NYC debut w/ Katie Ellen, Worriers, Thin Lips
Australia’s Camp Cope debuted last year with a great self-titled album and they recently announced their first US tour. They have expanded that tour, and it now includes what will be their first-ever NYC show.
Camp Cope play Brooklyn DIY space Suburbia on July 14, which doubles as the NYC release party for Katie Ellen‘s (ex-Chumped) debut album Cowgirl Blues. The bill is great all around and also includes Worriers and Thin Lips. 5 bucks at the door gets you in.
UPDATE: Actually Camp Cope’s NYC debut is on July 5 at Silent Barn with Jeff Rosenstock. Also, the Suburbia show is moving to another venue.
Katie Ellen also have a Philly release show with Field Mouse and Roger Harvey, and singer Anika Pyle has upcoming solo shows including the Anchorless Records Northside Fest showcase at Brooklyn’s Muchmore’s on Friday (6/9) (tickets).
