Canadian Music Week announces 2016 schedule, including BV / M for Montreal showcase w/ Duchess Says & more

Canadian Music Week happens in Toronto from May 2 – 8 at venues all over the city. This year’s lineup includes Eagles of Death Metal, The Black Lips, Tegan & Sara, Bob Mould, Wild Nothing, Fat White Family, White Lung, Baroness, Tommy Stinson, Dilly Dally, No Joy and more. Fest wristbands and individual show tickets are on sale now and the entire Canadian Music Week schedule is listed below.

Among the showcases this year is the M for Montreal / BrooklynVegan showcase which happens May 7 at Adelaide Hall featuring the awesome Duchess Says (who have played a few BV/M4M events before), plus sets from Montreal rappers Dead Obies, Wasiu and The Posterz, plus Ragers and a late night set from NJ thrash rap crew Ho99o9.
