Carly Rae Jepsen is preparing to follow her third album, 2015’s E•MO•TION, with a new one in 2019, and she’s shared the first single, “Party for One.” Co-written by Carly and produced by Captain Cuts and HIGHTOWER, “Party for One” is a adrenaline-rush inducing dose of pure, irresistible pop that’ll have you dancing in your seat – or wherever you are when you hear it. It’s accompanied by a video directed by Bardia Zeinali that might inspire you to jump on your bed or take a bubble bath (or both). Watch it below.

Carly says “Party for One” is “an anthem of what it is to celebrate time with yourself, which is a hard thing for people to really enjoy sometimes, and it’s something I’m learning to do more and more. This song represents a lot of what this album is about for me which is romantic love but self-love too.”
