This morning, Donald Glover surprised fans with two new tracks under his Childish Gambino moniker, collectively titled Summer Pack. These new songs are a far cry from the abrasiveness of "This is America," and much more vibrant than the classic soul-inspired aesthetic of Awaken, My Love!, with Glover instead reaching for a much breezier, summer-ready sound. The EP's leading track "Summertime Magic" is a heavenly slice of tropical pop that sounds much trendier than anything Glover has released thus far, and the harmonized vocals of the following track "Feels Like Summer" continues these heat wave-inspired sounds, topped with a Neptunes-esque beat. You can stream both tracks below.

Childish Gambino will be touring later this year with support from Rae Sremmurd, which includes two stops at NYC's Madison Square Garden on September 14 and 15. Night one is sold out, but tickets for night two (9/15) are still on sale. All dates are listed below.

Meanwhile, Childish Gambino has been in a royalties dispute with former label Glassnote Records (but he's not being sued, contrary to reports from TMZ).
