Just like last week, when he was performing them live for the first time ever, Lamar leaned heavily on tracks from his acclaimed new album DAMN.

At the end of the night he thanked the crowd for helping make DAMN. — which he released last Friday — No. 1 all across the world. He opened with two songs from that album DNA. and ELEMENT. and closed with two more, the ironically titled trash talk anthem HUMBLE. and the same encore he played last week LOVE.

But this week he added some fun energy to the mix playing fan favorites he didn't play last week, most notably Swimming Pools (Drank) and i, which had the crowd in full-on party-at-the-club mode. [USA Today]

Coachella weekend 2 finished up yesterday (Sunday, April 23) with a headlining set from Kendrick Lamar (who just announced a tour). New Order, Justice, Lorde, Hans Zimmer, Real Estate, Tove Lo, DJ Khaled, Future Islands, Kaytranada, Devendra Banhart, Lil Uzi Vert, Whitney, Skepta, Pond, Ezra Furman, T.S.O.L. and others also played. Check out pictures in the gallery above.

Weekend two was much lighter on guest appearances than weekend one. Neither Kendrick nor Hans Zimmer had any guests this time, though Kendrick did perform his verses from "Goosebumps" by Travis Scott and "Collard Greens" by Schoolboy Q, both of whom showed up during his weekend one set.

Also check out pictures from the Friday and Saturday of Coachella weekend two.

If you haven't already, check out photos of the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of weekend one.
