CocoRosie share "Aloha Friday" from new LP, announce 2020 tour

Art pop duo CocoRosie have shared “Aloha Friday” from the upcoming Put the Shine On, their first album in five years. “Aloha Friday was written in my birthplace, the Big Island of Hawaii,” says Bianca Casady of the gorgeous orchestral track that closes the album. “It’s a melancholic special something for you all to enjoy.” You can listen to that below.

Put the Shine On is out March 13 via Marathon Music Group, and Bianca and her sister Sierra will be out on tour this spring, including select North American dates, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and two Brooklyn shows at Elsewhere Hall on April 13 & 14. Tickets for those Elsewhere shows go on sale Friday 1/24 at 10 AM.
