Collapsing Scenery, the new thing from Don De Vore (Sick Feeling, Lilys), will release a 7" this Friday (4/22). The A-side is "Deep State," a throbbing slab of fuzzed-out drone-funk that's in the same orbit as, say, early-'90s hip-hop-influenced Sonic Youth. That song premieres in this post, listen below.

The band will heading to the West Coast this spring, where they'll play shows with The Big Pink, Tamaryn and others. A record release show in NYC is in the works for May as well, details TBA. All dates are listed below.
