Cut Copy return with "Airborne" (listen)
Australian dancepop outfit Cut Copy are back with new single “Airborne,” their first release in four years. Produced by Ben Allen (Deerhunter, Animal Collective), “Airborne” is also the band’s first for Astralwerks, and adds some Chic-style funk to the band’s summery sound. You can stream it below.
No word on a new album yet, apart from one is in the works, but Cut Copy will be playing select North American festival dates this fall, including ACL Fest in Austin. They recently DJ’d at Chicago’s Mamby on the Beach. All dates are listed below.
