Dashboard Confessional are releasing their first album in nine years, Crooked Shadows, on February 8 via Fueled by Ramen (listen to lead single “We Fight” below). They’ve announced a tour in support of the album with killer openers, Beach Slang.

The tour includes a NYC show on March 29 at Brooklyn Steel and an Asbury Park show on April 2 at The Stone Pony. Tickets for BK Steel and the Pony go on sale Friday (12/8) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.

Earlier this year, Dashboard Confessional played some intimate venues and released a covers EP that included takes on Julien Baker and Sorority Noise.

Beach Slang just wrapped up a headlining tour that hit NYC’s Gramercy Theatre last week (11/29). They sadly had their van and gear stolen on tour and you can donate to help them out with that. Singer James Alex released a cello/piano/vocals EP as Quiet Slang this year, and Quiet Slang is playing SXSW 2018.
