Dave Chappelle also did a similar run of 10 Radio City shows in 2014.

Chappelle is in the midst of a comeback, which includes three new Netflix specials (two of which are out now). He also has been playing intimate shows, making surprise appearances, and hosted SNL this past fall.

Chris Rock is in the midst of a comeback of his own. After appearing on that Chappelle-hosted SNL episode and making another surprise appearance with Chappelle, Chris Rock began his first tour in nine years. That tour has four upcoming NYC shows: three at the Theater at Madison Square Garden and one at Barclays Center.

Erykah will also be in NYC for day two (9/16) of The Meadows, which also has Gorillaz, Future, LL Cool J, M.I.A., TV on the Radio, De La Soul, Big Boi, and more.

Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover, previously said his recent set at NYC's Governors Ball would be his only show of 2017. He also mentioned his next Childish Gambino album may be his last.
