David Crosby, Blood Orange & more added to Lincoln Center Out of Doors

The lineup for the free Lincoln Center Out of Doors 2019 season has expanded, and there are some pretty incredible new additions.

As always, LCOOD ends with the two-day Americanafest, and in addition to the previously announced first day with Patty Griffin and Yola, that will include the legendary David Crosby and Broadway-approved folk opera writer Anais Mitchell on day two. That one takes place at Damrosch Park Bandshell on Saturday, August 11 and starts at 7:30 PM.

There’s also the great double bill of avant-pop artists Blood Orange and Kelsey Lu on August 1 in Damrosch Park (7:30 PM start).

The other new addition is that Mariachi Real De Mexico were added as performers to the event with the screening of Disney/Pixar’s Coco.

The schedule also includes Jeff Tweedy, H.E.R., Lee Fields & the Expressions, and much more. Full schedule and more info here. All events are free; no tickets required.

Speaking of Blood Orange, main member Dev Hynes made a surprise appearance at the Kindness show at Baby’s All Right last night…
