After two years hosting in Los Angeles, David Lynch is bringing his Festival of Disruption to NYC, happening May 19 & 20 at Brooklyn Steel, with live music, talks, screenings, art and meditation. On the music end, Saturday May 19 features Animal Collective, Flying Lotus (DJ set), and Jon Hopkins, while Sunday, May 20 features Angel Olsen (solo), Au Revoir Simone, Jim James (solo), and Rebekah Del Rio.

On the talks and screenings side, there is “David Lynch and Rare Short Films,” “Isabella Rossellini and Blue Velvet,” and “Gregory Crewdson and There But Not There.” Art exhibitions include the work of William Eggleston, David Lynch, Sandro Miller, and David OReilly, and for meditation there’s Bob Roth and Brian Eno’s Reflection.

Tickets, including music only tickets and two-day packages with limited edition CDs and posters, go on sale Thursday, March 8 at 10 AM and net proceeds benefit the David Lynch Foundation.
