Dead Heavens share new video, playing shows with (and without) The Bronx

Dead Heavens

Dead Heavens, the psych-y project of post-hardcore legend Walter Schreifels (of Quicksand, Gorilla Biscuits, Youth of Today, etc), have a handful of shows coming up. Some of those will be opening for LA punks The Bronx. There’s no NYC show (though The Bronx just played here), but they’ll be nearby at Garwood, NJ’s Crossroads on September 22. All dates have Pounded by the Surf opening. Tickets for that show are on sale now.

Dead Heavens will also be headlining a NYC show two days earlier than that. They’ll be at Saint Vitus on September 20, and they’ll be joined by The Space Merchants and Gondola. Tickets for that are on sale now.

Dead Heavens also just released a new video for their recent song “Feel Low,” which was on a 7″ that they released back in February. The video, released via Adult Swim, is a psychedelic stop-motion clip with motorcycles, skeletons, and various other pieces of stoner-rock iconography.
