Dead Leaf Echo releasing new cassette (listen to "I Will Do (Anything)"), touring
Brooklyn shoegazers Dead Leaf Echo are featured on one side of a split-cassette with Did You Die. Their contributions will appear on the band’s new album, which was made with Jorge Elbrecht (Violens, Ariel Pink) and will be out next year. The tape is out November 4 via Moon Sounds but you can check out the ethereal “I Will Do (Anything),” which premieres here, right now.
Dead Leaf Echo have a few NYC shows coming up:: October 29 at Don Pedro for the “ARKHAM: Brooklyn Gothic Party” with Decorum ($5 at the door), as well as tape release party at Berlin on November 6 with the Midnight Hollow Big Band (tickets), and then Pete’s Candy Store on November 19 with Landing Solilians (free).
