Deafheaven announce 10th anniversary tour w/ Inter Arma & Greet Death
Deafheaven will celebrate their 10th anniversary with a 2020 tour, and they’ve lined up some amazing support: Inter Arma, Greet Death, and All Your Sisters. The band says:
Come 2020, it’ll be ten years since we released the Deafheaven demo on Bandcamp. To commemorate this, we’re planning special sets that include songs from all our albums. Joining us on this run where noted, will be the great INTER ARMA as well as Greet Death and ALL YOUR SISTERS two bands we’re excited about from Deathwish Inc. and The Flenser, the labels that supported us early on. We are very much looking forward to this last tour before hibernating to work on our new music.
The tour includes a two-night stand at Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Hall on April 2 & 3, and those shows are both with Inter Arma and Greet Death. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday (12/13) at 10 AM.
Before the tour begins, Deafheaven play Power Trip‘s Evil Beat 2 fest in Dallas. All dates are listed below.
Earlier this year, Deafheaven released the killer single “Black Brick.” Guitarist Shiv Mehra (who also released an album this year with his synthpop band Heaven’s Club) recently told us about his favorite albums of 2019.
Inter Arma released their great new album Sulphur English this year, and recently began announcing 2020 dates. Current bassist Andrew LaCour (who recently joined Inter Arma and used to be in KEN mode) told us his favorite albums of 2019.
Greet Death released their new album New Hell this year, and All Your Sisters released Trust Ruins.
