Defeater and Superheaven have been on the road together opening for Four Year Strong, and they hit NYC this week at Gramercy Theatre (10/6). Defeater were supporting their fourth album and first for Epitaph, Abanonded, which is more of the melodic hardcore they've been perfecting for years. Superheaven, on the other hand, are touring this year's Ours Is Chrome on SideOneDummy which is a departure from their earlier material and a dip into shoegazy grunge.
