Dinosaur Jr. are about to start working on the follow-up to their most recent album, 2016’s Give A Glimpse Of What Yer Not. Lou Barlow announced the news on Instagram (via manager Brian Schwartz), writing “once th snow stops ima get down t Js and get on w/ it.” You can see that below. This will be the band’s 12th album overall, and fifth since they reactivated in the mid-’00s with Lou back on the lineup. Stay tuned for more details.
Though it’s been nearly four years since a new record, Dino Jr have toured regularly, including this fall. Lou also released a new album with Sebadoh this year.
