Everything Is Terrible! taking Doggie Woggiez! Poochie Woochiez! on tour (2012 dates)

Everything is Terrible

Everything Is Terrible!, to promote the March 2nd, 2012 (DVDs will be available online and at shows on January 27th) release of their third inner-eye opening DVD, DoggieWoggiez! PoochieWoochiez!, is embarking on a 60+ date Tour of the US and Canada.

EIT!, as they have been lovingly dubbed by their followers, are the video collective responsible for some of the most intriguing and horrifying viral videos in the Universe. From cat massages to pedophile-hunting yellow dinosaurs, EIT! salvages the best VHS moments from thrift stores across the nation and posts their daily finds on the Internet for the world to see. Each year, the group edits thousands of these resurrected treasures into one mind-melting feature-length movie. With DoggieWoggiez! PoochieWoochiez!, EIT! has elevated their craft to new heights, creating a remake of Alejandro Jodorowsky’s 1973 Film, The Holy Mountain, using only dog-related found footage! After a grueling year of combing every Air Bud movie for something remotely worthwhile, the group is groomed and ready to tour the continent in homemade, full-body mascot costumes, delivering a psychedelic live show experience that can not be rivaled. This all-new “live in the fur” show picks up where Cirque Du Soleil and The Rock-A-Fire Explosion left off… finally. Oh yeah, and ARFFFF!”

Connoisseurs of only the best (read: worst) in VHS video, Everything Is Terrible, will take their show on the road with Doggie Woggiez! Poochie Woochiez!, a tour that features the above mentioned film. Expect the worst acting and the most absurd video ever on tour and at the Bell House on March 20th. Tickets are on sale. All tour dates and a few videos of what the Bell House (and the rest of the country) is in for, below…

DOGGIEWOGGIEZ! POOCHIEWOOCHIEZ! TRAILERWRAILER!

Those krazed VHS-hunting pupz from Everything Is Terrible! (everyone’s favorite found footage chop shoppe) are back with their third inner-eye-opening feature — containing a feat never before attempted in either human or canine history. EIT! asks but a few simple questions:

1) “What if we made a movie composed ENTIRELY out of dog-related found footage?”;
2) ‘What if this magickal movie, made up of thousands of other dog movies, was also a remake of Alejandro Jodorowsky’s 1973 masterpiece The Holy Mountain?”; and,
3) “What if we went on the road performing an all-new “live in fur” show that picked up where Cirque Du Soleil and The Rock-A-Fire Explosion left off?”

Well, let’s stop asking dumb rhetorical questions because this never-ending spiral of World-Pup winning, sunglasses-wearing, murder-solving, skateboarding pooches is real! This is it! Are you dog enough to go fetch it? ARFFFFFF!
