Thomas Bartlett, aka Doveman, has announced this year's edition of his Burgundy Stain Sessions, a regular event where Bartlett, along with friends and fellow collaborators, perform songs together. The event takes place on September 5 at Le Poisson Rouge, and the only guests currently announced are Norah Jones, Steve Salett, and Joan As Police Woman, with other guests TBA. Tickets are on sale now.

Meannwhile, Norah Jones will be playing her own set of shows at Le Poisson Rouge the following week, a sold-out five-night run from September 10 - 14, in support of her new record, Day Breaks. Jones has made an appearance at past editions of Burgundy Stain Sessions, along with frequent Doveman collaborators Glen Hansard and Nico Muhly. Watch a video from the 2012 edition below.

Doveman appeared at LPR last year for a benefit show, along with St. Vincent, Father John Misty, and many others, in support of touring drummer Matt Johnson's son Jasper, who was recovering from a major seizure.
