Drive-By Truckers and Strand of Oaks announce tour
Drive-By Truckers have announced another round of dates in support of last year’s acclaimed American Band. Support comes from Strand of Oaks, who released the great Hard Love earlier this year.
The tour hits Jersey City on October 5 at White Eagle Hall and Port Chester, NY on October 6 at the Capitol Theatre. Tickets go on sale Friday (6/23) at 10 AM and noon, respectively, with a fan presale for the NJ show starting Tuesday (6/20) at noon.
Both DBT and Strand of Oaks also play NJ’s XPoNential Fest in July. Strand of Oaks play a free Surf Lodge show in Montauk that same weekend.
Strand of Oaks also have some upcoming shows with former Drive-By Trucker Jason Isbell, who just released his excellent new album.
