Earl Sweatshirt Feet of Clay

Earl Sweatshirt releasing new project at midnight ft. Alchemist, Mach-Hommy, Mavi

UPDATE: Feet of Clay is out now. Listen here.

It took Earl Sweatshirt three years to follow his excellent 2015 album I Don’t Like Shit, I Don’t Go Outside with his also excellent 2018 album Some Rap Songs, but we won’t have to wait nearly that long for Some Rap Songs‘ followup. He just announced that he’s releasing a new seven-song project called Feet of Clay tonight at midnight Eastern (11/1) on Warner/Tan Cressida. The project was mostly produced by Earl himself, with additional production from Alchemist and Ovrkast, and its two guests are Mach-Hommy and Mavi (both of whom released projects featuring Earl earlier this year).

Earl says “FOC’ is a collection of observations and feelings recorded during the death throes of a crumbling empire.” Check out the tracklist and stay tuned for FOC to drop at midnight. Earl is also putting out a video for “East” tomorrow.

There will also be a Feet of Clay pop-up in LA tonight, and Earl is playing Tyler the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in LA next weekend.
